CANCELLATION, NO SHOW CHARGES
Cancellations sent minimum 30 days before the gues't arrival, will have no penalty
Cancellations sent between 29 days and 15 days before the gues't arrival, 50% of the invoide will be charge as penalty
Cancellations sent between 14 and the arrival day of the guests: 100% of penalty
Important: In case of a no show, the hotel will apply 100% of penalty
