The club is situated in the town of Alhaurín de la Torre, in Malaga and is a rather unusual course in that each of its holes is named after a famous bullfighter.
It is an inland course but it is located in a beautiful setting 300 metres above sea level, so it has great views and a mild climate. The layout of the round respects the natural topography of the terrain and is not without its difficulties, so you will really need to concentrate if you want to get round in good order, especially on the 9th and 18th where the greens are bordered by water hazards and it is easy to lose the ball. In short, it is a course which is only really suitable for good players and you are guaranteed an unforgettable day’s golfing. The clubhouse is an old restored farmhouse and there are plenty of places to stay near the course.
