The signs on the course are clear and specific. Although the distances are short, it is by no means an easy course, as there are plenty of out-of-bounds, bunkers, trees, roughs, etc. Big hitters will need to be careful and aim the ball as straight as possible, otherwise they may be in for a nasty surprise!! It’s a course for skilful players; for example, you need to be careful on the 8th, as there is a lake on the right-hand side and a safety net on the left to stop balls from going onto the road, and both of these add difficulty to the hole. The course has been modified to make the 12th and 13th a lot more technical and this, together with their spectacular location and panoramic views, enables them to compete with even the famous beauty of the 17th (“El Mirador” – The Observation Point).
