The first nine holes are extremely competitive, and the layout will force you to use all of the clubs in your bag. The second nine holes are, quite frankly, spectacular. All of the tees are raised upon walls built with Girona stone and offer an impressive panoramic view over the whole fairway. It is a real treat to stand and follow the flight of the ball towards its objective. A true incentive to pull out your woods, and it is very likely that when Mr. Hawtree designed this part of the course he wanted to reward players with some really great sensations after the rigour of the first round.
