The main feature of the first 9 holes is the fairly even terrain, where water comes into play on 4 holes and makes the 4th hole especially complicated. On the next 9 holes water intervenes mainly on the 10th and 17th. At Baviera Golf the par-3s and par-5s deserve a special mention due to their level of difficulty. All of the fairways are carpeted with Bermuda grass for maximum enjoyment of the round.
