The course is situated in the small village of Aravell, which belongs to the municipality of Montferrer-Castelbó and is a mere 15 minutes from the Spain-Andorra border. It was designed by José María Olazábal and has excellent facilities, an 18-hole course with a par of 71, a practice course and a putting green.
