Madrid, July 3rd 2000.- GolfSpain.com (www.golfspain.com), the leading golf services website, which belongs to the NetJuice Group, has acquired two top companies from the offline world, Call & Play and Master Golf, thereby broadening its range of services and doubling its professional staff. The managers and professionals of both companies have been fully integrated into the business structure of GolfSpain.com, leading to the creation of the largest team of specialized golf professionals in our country. The goal of the company, which has just performed a capital increase of 300 million pesetas entirely subscribed by NetJuice, is to invoice 1,000,000 euros this year.

GolfSpain.com came to life in 1997, with the objective of offering the most complete golf services over the Internet to people practising this sport at the 250 golf courses in Spain. Since June 1999, the company has belonged to the NetJuice Group, which has strengthened GolfSpain.com's services, especially that of online green-fee reservations. In order to offer this unique service, GolfSpain.com has an exclusive license for the Baron System in Spain, Portugal, North Africa and Latin America. The British firm Baron is the largest golf course management-software company in Europe and is the only company related to the golf sector that is listed on the London stock exchange. The Baron System is the only system that works entirely online, allowing you to make reservations and pay green fees online. The system is certified by the prestigious Scottish golf course of St. Andrews and uses the secure server Verisign, which is a guarantee of the security of the transactions.

Call & Play is the top company in the golf services sector. It offers the Call & Play membership card, which provides discounts at 170 golf courses in Spain, Portugal and Italy, as well as at 85 hotels and for vehicle rentals. Call & Play also publishes the quarterly magazine with the largest circulation in Spain, Play Golf, 50,000 copies of which are distributed to members, golf courses and cooperating companies. The company, with over 30,000 members, expects to have 60,000 members by the end of the year.

Master Golf is the most thorough golf course management and administration system in Spain. This software has now been added to the services offered by GolfSpain.com, allowing for a much more dynamic relationship with the golf courses for green fee reservations. The company founded by Carlos Beca in 1990, has installed its management and competition software at over 100 Spanish golf courses.

Santiago Arpón, managing director of GolfSpain.com, commented about the new GolfSpain.com that, "these acquisitions have placed us in a unique position to offer everything a golf player might need to practice this sport in Spain. No matter where you are from, you will be able to set everything up to enjoy this sport at Spain's golf courses through this one single website."

The new company, which came about as a result of the integration of the three previous firms, offers all of the golf services through one main medium, the Internet, but also through a call center. This makes it possible to provide service to all golf players interested in practicing this sport in Spain and Portugal.

GolfSpain.com (www.golfspain.com).- This site is the reference point for the golf world in Spain and is the leader for metrics on the Internet in our country.

It was launched in 1997 with the goal of becoming the "most complete golf website in Spain," and has Spanish and English versions. Since July 1999, it has belonged to the NetJuice Group of Internet companies, which offers technological and strategic support, as well as management and financing aid for GolfSpain's expansion and development. It has a well-prepared team of 30 professionals with acknowledged experience and prestige on the Internet, but also in golf, tourism, marketing, finance and sales.
